Stick to Your Routine: Why Good Beats Perfect in the gym Training

13th May 2024

When it comes to training, aiming for perfection can hold you back. Instead, focus on consistency. Even small efforts add up over time, leading to significant progress. By sticking to your routine and not getting hung up on flawless execution, you’ll stay motivated and see results.

Embracing imperfection also helps you develop a healthier mindset. Mistakes happen, but they’re opportunities to learn and grow. Accepting that things won’t always go perfectly allows you to bounce back stronger.

So, forget about being perfect and just keep at it. Consistency is key in weight training. Stick to your plan, embrace the ups and downs, and you’ll reach your goals with satisfaction and pride.
